Thoughts on Concentration
Concentration is a very clear concept, which means that people should focus on one thing first. However, in practice, things may not be so simple. We are likely to be distracted by other more interesting things, which will cause the original affairs to be shelved indefinitely and cause procrastination.
So, how can we solve this problem?
My suggestion is to clear the desktop. You must resolutely remove unnecessary books on the desktop, and if conditions permit, please put all electronic products away from you. They will inevitably tempt you, because social media and video sites are extremely fascinating, and you may have the idea that it is harmless to use electronic products for a while, but this is completely wrong. As a person with poor self-control, once I pick up an electronic product, it often means a waste of half an hour to an hour of time, which will obviously affect work and greatly reduce people's work efficiency.
This is why many people's work efficiency in the library is much higher than their work efficiency at home. Without temptation and a quieter working environment, people will involuntarily focus and complete tasks with extremely high efficiency. This may also be the reason why some libraries are overcrowded.
Improving concentration is not an easy task that can be accomplished in a short period of time. We need to start from now and cultivate habits in order to develop good concentration.
